The Mysterious Life and Death of Philip Schneider

A very interesting and informative story from past and recent read and be amazed Al Pratt suspected something was wrong with his friend Philip Schneider. For several days in a row, Al had gone to Phil's apartment, in Willsonville, Oregon,

saw his car in the parking lot, but received no answer at the door. Finally, on January 17th, 1996, Al Pratt, along with the manager of the Autumn Park Apartments and a detective from the Clackamas County Sheriff's office entered the apartment. Inside, they found the body of Philip Schneider. Apparently he had been dead for five to seven days. The Clackamas County Coroner's office initially attributed Philip Schneider's death to a stroke. However, in the following days disturbing details about his death began to surface, leading some to believe that Philip Schneider had not died from a stroke, but had in fact been murdered.

Philip Schneider's life was certainly as controversial as his death. He was born on April 23, 1947 at Bethesda Navy Hospital. Philip's parents were Oscar and Sally Schneider. Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the United States Navy, worked in nuclear medicine and helped design the first nuclear submarines. Captain Schneider was also part of OPERATION CROSSROADS, which was responsible for the testing of nuclear weapons in the Pacific AT Bikini Island. In a lecture videotaped in May 1995, Philip Schneider claimed that his father, Captain Oscar Schneider, was also involved with the infamous "Philadelphia Experiment." In addition, Philip claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases (DUMB) around the country, and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base. Philip Schneider's ex-wife, Cynthia Drayer believes that Philip was murdered because he publicly revealed the truth about the U.S. government's involvement with UFOs.

For two years prior to his death, Philip Schneider had been on a lecture tour talking about government cover-ups, black budgets, and UFOs. Philip stated in his lecture that in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution and form a treaty with extraterrestrials. The treaty was called the 1954 Greada Treaty. Officials agreed that for extraterrestrial technology, the Grays could test their implanting techniques on select citizens. However, the extraterrestrials had to inform the government just who had been abducted and subject to implants. Slowly over time, the aliens altered the bargain, abducting and implanting thousands of people without reporting back to the government.

In 1979, Philip was employed by Morrison-Knudsen, Inc. He was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, New Mexico. The project at that time had drilled four holes in the desert that were to be linked together with tunnels. Philip's job was to go down the holes, check the rock samples, and recommend the explosives to deal with the particular rock. In the process, the workers accidentally opened a large artificial cavern, a secret base for the aliens known as Grays. In the panic that occurred, sixty-seven workers and military personnel were killed, with Philip Schneider being one of only three people to survive. Philip claimed that scars on his chest were caused by his being struck by an alien weapon that would later result in cancer due to the radiation.

If Philip Schneider's claims are true, then his knowledge of the secret government, UFOs and other information kept from the public, could have serious repercussions to the world as we know it. In his lectures, Philip spoke on such topics as the Space-Defense-Initiative, black helicopters, railroad cars built with shackles to contain political prisoners, the World Trade Center bombing, and the secret black budget.

RAILROAD CARS

"Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in Portland, Oregon. He worked at Gunderson Steel Fabrication, where they make railroad cars. Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me one day excited, and he told me 'they're building prisoner cars.' He was nervous. Gunderson, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government. "
"STAR WARS" AND THE ALIEN THREAT"

"68% of the military budget is directly or indirectly affected by the black budget. "Star Wars" relies heavily upon stealth weaponry. By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it. Some of you might ask what the space shuttle is 'shuttling." Large ingots of special metals that are milled in space and cannot be produced on the surface of the Earth. They need the near vacuum of outer space to produce them. We are not even being told anything close to the truth. I believe our government officials have sold us down the drain - lock, stock and barrel. Up until several weeks ago, I was employed by the U.S. government with a Rhyolite-38 clearance factor - one of the highest in the world. I believe the "Star Wars" program is there solely to act as a buffer to prevent alien attack - it has nothing to do with the 'cold war,' which was only a toy to garner money from all the people. For what? The whole lie was planed and executed for the last 75 years."
BLACK HELICOPTERS

"There are over 64,000 black helicopters in the United States. For every hour that goes by, there is one being built. Is this the proper use of our money? What does the federal government need 64,000 tactical helicopters for, if they are not trying to enslave us. I doubt if the entire military needs 64,000 worldwide. There are 157 F-117A stealth aircraft loaded with LIDAR and computer-enhanced imaging radar. They can see you walking from room to room when they fly over your house. They see objects in the house from the air with a variation limit of one inch to 30,000 miles. That's how accurate that is. I worked in the federal government for a long time, and I know exactly how they handle their business."
TERRORIST BOMBINGS

"I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Center Bombing. I was hired because I know about the 90 some odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel and the rebar was literally extruded up to six feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that - a small nuclear weapon. A construction-type nuclear device. Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, they're lying 100 percent folks. I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it. " First, they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertilizer bomb. Then, it was 1,500. then, 2,000 pounds. Now its 20,000. You can't put 20,000 pounds of fertilizer in a Rider Truck. Now, I've never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and the application of construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States. I worked on the Malta project in West Germany, in Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would have never have done that kind of damage. I believe I have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so I'm telling you that I have been lied to."

In 1987 Philip married Cynthia Marie Drayer Simon. The two had met in June of 1986 at a meeting of the Oregon Agate and Mineral Society. As Cynthia put it years later, "He had so many interesting stories, so much information to share, we bonded and love began to bloom." Philip and Cynthia would later have a daughter, Marie Schneider. Unfortunately their marriage had difficulties. According to Cynthia, health problems contributed to their break up. Philip had multiple health concerns, many of which could have killed him. He had chronic lower back pain that never went away, even after a back operation. He had multiple Sclerosis, which was chronic and progressive. Occasionally he had to use, crutches, a body brace, leg braces, bladder bag, catheter, diapers, and a wheelchair. He often had to sleep in a hospital bed with railings, a helmet, and body braces. When Cynthia first met him he was taking Dilantin for seizures, and almost died 3 times from this medication due to an allergic reaction.

Philip also had Brittle Bone Syndrome (osteoporosis) and cancer in his arms. He had hundreds of shrapnel wounds, a plate in his head with a metal fragment in his brain, fingers missing from his left hand. There was a scar that ran down from the top of his throat to below his belly button, and another scar that ran from just under his ribs, side to side. Cynthia would later state " Philip was a complex person. he had brain damage after a bomb was dropped on him while working as a civilian structural engineer for Morrison-Knudsen in Vietnam. He had a Rhyolite clearance. He was learning disabled, brilliant in some areas, yet unable to fill out a form in the Doctors office. Able to create time travel formulas, but unable to budget money; he had to file bankruptcy one year. I now believe that he had been 'deprogrammed' so that he could not remember most of his 'past' life. But something began to happen shortly after we first met. Perhaps because of the seizures, or because he changed his medication, or because he now had another person to talk to that was interested in what he had to say, he began to remember the old days. Being the scientific, logical minded person I am, I listened intently to his stories with a grain of salt, waiting for additional information to verify them. I can still remember the night he began to talk in some foreign language (sounded like Chinese and another night in what sounded like French.) Philip told me he knew 11 languages before the brain damage. After the space shuttle, Challenger, exploded, I visited Philip in his apartment. He had a large chalk board with complicated formulas which proved that a 'cosmosphere' had shot down the space shuttle."

Cynthia also said, "It was a difficult marriage for both of us, which was complicated by a failed self-employed business selling rocks, minerals, and antiques, Philip's re-constructive surgery on scars on his chest, his lower back operation, my gall-bladder surgery and the birth of our daughter, all within a 1 year period. The pressures of our new family, failed business, and physical problems culminated in our divorce in 1990. Philip was an emotional abuser and could be very mean and abusive. He was a complex person - part genius and part paranoid schizophrenic. We had a bad marriage but developed it into a great friendship."

One of Philip's more amazing stories was his fathers alleged involvement with the "Philadelphia Experiment." When Philip's father, Captain Oscar Schneider (Navy Medical Corp.) died in 1993, Philip discovered original letters in his basement. According to Philip, the letters were evidence that the Philadelphia Experiment actually existed, and that Oscar Schneider had been a participant in it after the crew members had been quarantined in a Virginia psychiatric ward. Captain Schneider supposedly autopsied the bodies of the crew members as they died, and found alien implants in their arms, legs, behind their eyes, and deep inside their brains. Captain Schneider was confused by these implants, so they obviously were not military. They had to have been alien in nature, and the small "transistor" like item was discovered before transistors had been invented. Here was evidence that either by accident, or on purpose, aliens were involved with the Philadelphia Experiment, and were probably responsible for its failure.

Also discovered in Oscar's basement were photographs taken during Operation Crossroads, in which a nuclear device was used on Bikini Island. Authentic military photos taken from an airplane showed UFOs raising up from the lagoon and flying through the mushroom cloud. These photos however, mysteriously disappeared from Philips apartment at the time of his death.

Some investigators in Philip Schneider's mysterious death have had problems believing some of the incredible claims he made before he died. Even those who knew Philip when he was alive didn't always accept the validity of his stories. Cynthia Schneider noted that when Philip was under crisis or pressure, he would tell people that he had been arrested, or that people from the sheriff's office or government had been at his door. This was the way he expressed his crisis. Unfortunately she claims, sometimes it was true, Like "the little boy who cried wolf," his friends became numb to his reports.

Despite the fact that Philip's claims seemed too wild or disturbing to be true, he obviously believed in what he was saying. Philip claimed that his life was in danger because he was revealing the truth, a truth that some would kill to keep secret. He borrowed a gun from his friend Ron Utella, stating that he felt he needed protection and that there had been several attempts to have his car run off the road. In the end, though, Philip's safeguards were not enough to save his life. On either January 10 or 11, 1996, Philip Schneider died under mysterious circumstances.

After the initial cause of Philip's death was listed as a stroke, Cynthia asked to see the body before it was to be prepared for cremation. She was dissuaded by the funeral director who felt that the body's advanced state of decomposition would be too traumatic. However, she could not shake the feeling that something was wrong. The next day Cynthia was contacted by Detective Randy Harris who said that "something was wrong" - that there were marks on Philip's neck. Philip Schneider's body was removed from the funeral home and autopsied by Dr. Karen Gunson, Medical Examiner for Multnomah County, Oregon. The autopsy revealed that Philip had in fact died as a result of having a rubber hose wrapped three times, tightly around his neck and tied in a knot. The conclusion from the autopsy was that he had committed suicide. He had wrapped the tubing around his neck, tied it in a knot, blocked the flow of blood to his head, became unconscious and finally died.

More surprising was Cynthia's discovery that Philips lecture material, unknown metals, military photographs, and all notes for his unwritten book on UFOs were missing from his apartment. However, money and other valuables were left untouched.

When he was found in his apartment, Philip's body was in an unusual position. His feet were under the bed, his head was in a wheelchair seat, at an unusual angle, the rest of his body was on the floor, hands by his sides. There was blood found on the floor near the wheelchair, but no blood was found on the wheelchair. There were no apparent wounds on Philip's body to account for the blood. No sample of the blood was taken due to the initial belief that Philip had died of natural causes. No suicide note has ever been found. In fact, Mark Rufener, a long time friend of Philip said, " I saw Philip the weekend of January 6 and 7th 1996. We were going to buy land in Colorado. We were excited because he was going to hire me to help write a book about his knowledge on UFOs and aliens, the One World Government, and the Black Budget. He did not commit suicide, he was murdered and it was made to look like a suicide. "

When he was alive, Philip enjoyed eating out at the 76 Truck Stop in Aurora, Oregon. A waitress named Donna remembered his stops when they would talk about his work. Philip mentioned to her that there had been 19 attempts to stop him from talking. Donna states that Philip said "If they ever say that I have committed suicide, you will know that I have been murdered." She said that Philip believed he had a mission to talk about a government cover-up about aliens and UFOs, and that there were forces out to stop people who talked.

Was Philip Schneider murdered? His ex-wife Cynthia believes this to be the case. She thinks that Philip was met by someone he knew and injected with a drug in order TO incapacitate him. The assailants then wrapped the rubber hose around his neck, asphyxiating him. In fact, shortly after Philip's death, several friends told Cynthia that they had seen Philip with an unknown blond women several weeks before he died. During the course of the meeting, Cynthia noticed a long-haired blond women in a car, watching the meeting through the window with a pair of binoculars. When they tried to approach the car, the woman quickly sped away. Cynthia later traced the license plate number and it turned out to be from a truck, with the plate reported as stolen. Cynthia thinks the reports of women with blond hair is significant because Cynthia's mother, through a channeling session, had told her that a woman wearing a blond wig was involved in Philip's death.

Despite the fact that officials have closed the case as a suicide, and Philip's surviving siblings have tried to persuade Cynthia to accept the ruling, Cynthia has not stopped in her efforts to discover the truth in her ex-husband's death. She says that she knows in her heart and soul that Philip would not have committed suicide willingly, and she still hopes that Philips blood and urine can be relocated by the Multnomah County Medical Examiner's Office and examined for traces of drugs that would not normally be there. However, as the days go by the reality for such tests grows smaller. She still hopes that someone will come forward with pertinent information to help her find justice for Philip's death. Until that time comes, Cynthia Drayer will continue her task, perhaps putting her own safety at risk. That prospect doesn't frighten her anymore, " I just want people to know the truth about Philip Schneider, a person who died trying to expose the difficult truths of this world."

Phil Schneider, a very brave man, recently lost his life due to what appeared to be a military-style execution in January 1996. He was found dead in his apartment with piano wire still wrapped around his neck. According to some sources, he had been brutally tortured repeatedly before being killed. Phil Schneider was an ex-government engineer who was involved in building underground bases. He was one of three people to survive the 1979 fire fight between the large Greys and U.S. intelligence and military forces at the Dulce underground base.

In May 1995, Phil Schneider did a lecture on what he had discovered. Seven months later he was tortured and killed by those for whom he previously worked. This man's final acts should not go unnoticed.

"It is because of the horrendous structure of the federal government that I feel directly imperiled "not" to tell anybody about this material. How long I will be able to do this is anybody's guess. However, I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.

I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70 countries, and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of its people, like these United States.

To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my school was in that field, and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the "New World Order". The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico. I was involved in 1979 in a fire-fight with alien humanoids, and I was one of the survivors. I'm probably the only "talking" survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty-six secret service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that fire-fight. I was there.

Number one, part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your glasses on, I'm going to ask you to put your "skeptical" on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the Freedom of Information Act isn't much to go on, but it's the best we've got. The local law library is a good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.
Deep Underground Military Bases and the Black Budget

I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the black budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.

They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940's. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them. Richard Sauder, a Ph.D., researcher, has risked his life by talking about this. In Idaho, there are 11 Underground bases.

The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground. They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects sidestep the authority of Congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather extensively.
Development of Military Technology, Implied German Interest in Hyperspacial Technology, and More.

Basically, as far as "technology" is concerned, "for every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 years". This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place. My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on "both" sides of the war. He was originally a U-boat captain, and was captured and repatriated in the United States. He was involved with different kinds of concerns, such as the A-bomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment. He invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12, 1946. I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show "UFO's fleeing the bomb site at a high rate of speed. Bikini Island at the time was infested with them, especially under the water, and the natives had problems with their animals being mutilated." At that time, General MacArthur felt that the next war would be with aliens from other worlds.

Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with theoreticians about the Philadelphia experiment, as well as other experiments. What does that have to do with me? Nothing, other than the fact that he was my father. I don't agree with what he did on the other side, but I think he had a lot of guts in coming here. He was hated in Germany. There was a $1 million reward, payable in gold, to anyone who killed him. Obviously, they didn't succeed. Anyway, back to our topic - deep underground bases.
The Fire Fight At Dulce Base

Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called their 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the fire-fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.

Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that.

I didn't get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas. After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson, EG&G and other companies. At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft. How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazar's story? He was a physicist working at Area 51 trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.

Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government. They have lied to the public, stonewalled senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are god-less, and have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison for praying in school. I believe we can do better. I also believe that the federal government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but I'll keep shooting my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because it's worth it to talk to a group like this about these atrocities.
America's Black Program Contractors

There are other problems. I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft presently. The budget from the U.S. Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million. You couldn't buy the spare parts for these black programs for that amount. So, we've been lied to. The black budget is roughly $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs 11 tons. The U.S. Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors of stealth programs: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison-Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsibishi Industries, Rider Trucks, Bechtel, "I.G.Farben", plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as freedom-loving people? I don't believe so.

However, I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it. First, they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertilizer bomb. Then, it was 1,500. Then 2,000 pounds. Now its 20,000. You can't put 20,000 pounds of fertilizer in a Rider Truck. Now, I've never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and the application of construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States. I worked on the Malta project, in West Germany, in Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would not have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would have never have done that kind of damage. I believe I have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so I'm telling you that you've been lied to.

Since the early days of modern UFO sightings, many investigators have been visited

by strange men (and sometimes women) who warn of impending doom in regards to certain UFO cases. Some feel the MIB might well be working for the economic industrial complex or at least are in agreement to squelch any evidence that would bring great advancement to our planet. It could well be that the MIBs are cronies of the darkest elements of our society who would like to keep enlightenment away from earth's general populace.

However you want to look at it, the Men-In-Black (MIB), are not fairy tales or the product of deranged minds. They are very real and obviously very powerful. The state of Arizona has always been a hotbed (pardon the expression) of UFO activity. Maybe it has something to do with Wendelle Stevens living there (only kidding Wendelle), but nevertheless I can remember a handful of MIB reports being handed to me.

Take for example the case of a Tucson newsboy, Warren Weisman who was delivering the Daily Star on Feb 19, 1979 at around 6 AM when he saw an odd looking object crash into a parked car at the side of the road.

According to a newspaper account this is his story:

"I was on Winstel Blvd when I saw this 'falling star' come from the sky. It was traveling at great speed and landed about a block away. It smashed the back of a white Volkswagen, throwing off its right rear wheel, rolled off the car and knocked over a mailbox on a post nearby."

The ten year old fifth grader said the object was about the size of a microwave oven, was black, shiny, and had lots of "lava-like" holes all around it. Weisman said the object was smoking when he walked over to it.

As he bent over to examine his unusual find a brown pulled up and says the witness, "A skinny man in a brown suit and white shirt got out of the car. He was an FBI-type. He told me, "Why don't you go ahead and deliver the rest of the papers?"

As he stood talking to the man, what Warren thinks was a Pima County Sheriff's car pulled up along side the brown car. "I was afraid that the man in the brown suit was going to pull a gun," Warren said. He quickly departed from home to tell his mother about what had happened.

Twenty minutes later, he returned to the scene of the "crash" with his mother.

"All we found was the tire and the broken mailbox." The smashed car and the smoking object had totally vanished without a trace. Interviewed later, the boy claimed he had put a small chip from the object into his pocket while looking it over. However, when he got hom a little while later it was gone.

"I don't know what happened to it," he confessed. "I didn't have any holes in my pocket from which it could have fallen to the ground."

What at first might seem to be a tale story fabricated by a highly imaginative youth has additional verification in that there were other witnesses to the event.

The Arizona Daily Star says that "three counselors who patrol the area while children deliver newspapers saw it fall but didn't see where it hat the ground."

The woman who lives in the house where the mailbox was knocked down, said she and her family assumed someone had hit it with a car. Margaret Pierce said she hadn't heard anything unusual that morning, but around the time Warren usually delivers the paper to their house "our dogs just started barking and we couldn't calm them down. They were really upset and that's not like them at all."

At the time the UFO group APRO was still active in Tucson and were called upon to make an investigation. As far as is known they never issued a report, and in the meanwhile Warren Weisman remained one frightened individual due to a possible visit by an MIB.

Another interesting case occurred in Greenland, Long Island, New York, sometime in October 1967.

Awakened by the sounds of his dogs barking Joseph Henslik looked outside and was surprised to see a strange circular object circling over the post office building near his house. Reacting quickly he grabbed his camera and ran to the patio. He took several photos of the luminous disc-shaped object that appeared to have a turret on top on which he could see several lighted windows.

Two days after once he had obtained the negatives two strange men visited Henslik at his home. After returning home at about 0300A that morning he noticed that two men were waiting for him.

He described them as being of medium height, black hair and very tanned skin. Both wore very tight-fitting black slacks; black turtle necked sweaters and what appeared to be a black "smoking" jacket. One of the men approached Henslik and in a strange Scandinavian sounding accent he told him that they were representatives of the government and that they needed to speak to him.

They refused to show him any credentials since they claimed to belong to a "top secret government agency".

The stranger told him, "We know that you took some photographs that can be considered authentic and in the name of your family, the government and the world (!) We request you give those to us".

Henslik told them that he did not have the photos yet, the men then left promising to return the next day. Precisely at the same time the next day Henslik received another visit, this time from three similarly dressed strangers, totally dressed in black.

Afraid Henslik gave them the negatives, which they examined closely with a flashlight, then, warned him not to tell anyone about the photos and walked away into the darkness. Henslik was surprised since he did not see a vehicle or any other mode of transportation in the area.

Everybody knows about yellowstone and the supervolcano below its surface but what is not being looked into is the other supervolcanos all over our planet especially the Toba About 75,000 years ago, this Indonesian volcano released about 2,800 km3 DRE of ejecta, the largest known eruption within the Quaternary Period (last 1.8 million years) and probably the largest explosive eruption within the last 25 million years. In the late 1990s, anthropologist Stanley Ambrose[1] proposed that a volcanic winter induced by this eruption reduced the human population to about 2,000 - 20,000 individuals, ody resulting in a population bottleneck (see Toba catastrophe theory). More recently several geneticists, including Lynn Jorde and Henry Harpending have proposed that the human race was reduced to approximately five to ten thousand people.[2] Whichever figure is right, the fact remains that the human race seemingly came close to extinction about 75,000 years ago.

Eruptions forming even larger calderas are known, especially La Garita Caldera in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, where the 5,000 km3 Fish Canyon Tuff was blasted out in a major single eruption about 27.8 million years ago.

At some points in geological time, rhyolitic calderas have appeared in distinct clusters. Time Magazine said that it is the most dirty, perverse, and violent of all Disney's films, and that the children who watch "The Lion King" today, will be the serial killers of tomorrow. Crookes managed to create a shadowy image at the other end of the cathode ray tube, which was the first electrically created image known to man. Crookes would go on to become the President for the Society for Phychical Research and inspired Sir Oliver Lodge's research into the ether and the spirit worlds. devised FORTY YEARS LATER, by a Scotsman named John Logie Baird. Television, an invention which eventually the whole world would come to be enslaved by, was inspired in part by research into the spirit world.

Superstars Britany Spears and Justin Timberlake were both cast members on Disney's popular children's show, "The Mickey Mouse Club". Fellow cast members of MMC include Christina Aguilera, Keri Russell, and J.C Chasez, who all went on to become famous adults. Future risks take shape in 2011 - 360 News - Lloyd's

Risk practitioners have some truly 21st century exposures to grapple with in the coming year.

Space weather, cyber risk and failing critical infrastructure are among the risks that could cause big problems for consumers, businesses and their insurers in 2011.

The phenomenon of space weather is one of the most difficult to quantify and yet potentially serious sources of loss and disruption for business, according to a Lloyd’s 360 Risk Insight report.

The Lloyd’s report, “Space weather and its impact on Earth: Implications for business”, says that businesses should be looking at ways to assess and mitigate space weather risks this year because the 11-year solar cycle is expected to peak in 2012/13.

Turbulent space weather created by solar phenomena such as coronal mass ejections, solar radiation and magnetic storms could have wide ranging impacts, experts believe.

Aircraft communication and navigational systems might stop working, satellite and GPS systems could malfunction, power grids could collapse.

Space weather warning

Scientists know a lot about the possible causes and effects of solar weather from previous cycles. Established infrastructure that we take for granted, such as rail networks, telephone systems, pipelines and electric power grids have all been seriously disrupted by space weather in the past.

But the economic fall-out that could result from the increasingly active solar season is far less certain. That’s because our dependency on wi-fi and internet technology is so much greater than before.

“There is growing concern that the coming solar maximum will expose problems in the many wireless systems that have grown in popularity during the quiet solar conditions that have prevailed over recent years,” the Lloyd’s report warns.

Trouble in cyber space

Another important technology related exposure tipped to continue to grow strongly in 2011 is cyber risk. A new 360 Risk Insight digital risk report produced by Lloyd’s in co-operation with HP Labs, “Managing Digital Risk: trends issues and implications for businesses”, warns that computer attacks are becoming more sophisticated and more widely targeted.

Companies have a multitude of reasons for pushing digital risk up the board room agenda in 2011, the report says. Phishing, viruses, malware, worms and hacking are increasingly disrupting operations in businesses ranging from supermarkets and banks to nuclear facilities.

“Risk managers need to pay attention to both future threats and future uses of technology, moving beyond today’s largely reactive approaches,” the Lloyd’s report advises.

The report says companies are increasingly vulnerable to system failures, data losses and cyber attacks, creating serious operational, financial, intellectual property, legal, regulatory and reputational risks.

Condition critical

Neil Smith, Lloyd’s thought leadership manager, says that outer space and cyber space represent potentially serious and somewhat difficult to grasp risks for businesses and society in the coming year and beyond. And he adds that there are also tangible problems down on the ground that require urgent attention.

One of these is the increasing strain being placed on critical infrastructure across the globe.

“The critical infrastructure of many economies is under increasing stress due to a lack of long-term investment and government cutbacks following recession combined with trends such as climate change and population growth,” Smith says. “The scale of loss and disruption that can result from the failure of critical infrastructure could be immense.”

Underinvestment by governments around the world in agriculture, energy, water, transport, and information technology infrastructure is storing up problems, Smith believes.

Our Spinning Planet Has Been Speeding Up

Does it seem as though the pace of life is increasing, that the world is going faster?

If it does, you're right, according to scientists.

Earth has been spinning faster in recent years. As a result, the world's timekeepers have decided - for the fifth successive year - not to insert an extra leap second at midnight this New Year's Eve.

Since 1972 the world's time scale, Co-ordinated Universal Time, or UTC, has been based on hundreds of highly accurate atomic clocks spread around the globe, including several in Sydney.

In the first 26 years of this system, 22 leap seconds had to be added to keep atomic time synchronised with time measured by the Earth's rotation, because of the globe's slightly irregular spin rate.

Peter Fisk of the CSIRO's National Measurement Laboratory, said that overall the Earth's rotation rate had been slowing over the past 100 years.

The use of leap seconds was necessary to make sure the time the sun rose was consistent from year to year. "Otherwise, in a few centuries, it would be rising later."

Dr Fisk said many factors could influence the rate of the globe's spin, including the movement of magma deep in the Earth and the melting of ice at the poles, leading to a sea level rise around the equator.

"It's like a ballerina spinning on her toes who slows down when she extends her arms," he said.

Richard Brittain, secretary of the National Standards Commission's national time committee, said the moon's gravitational pull had a big effect, as did that of the planets as they moved close to and away from Earth on their orbits.

The reasons for the relative increase in Earth's spin speed during the past five years remain unclear.

The decision to add or subtract a leap second from co-ordinated universal time is made by the International Earth Rotation Service in Paris. It is carried out at midnight on either June 30 or December 31 - 10am on July 1 or 11am on January 1 on Australia's east coast.

Dr Brittain said that before the leap second was introduced, a "rubber second" was used to keep co-ordinated universal time in step with the Earth's rotation. The length of a rubber second was adjusted to ensure that the same number of seconds - 31,536,000 - made up one year.

"Altering the duration of a second was eventually felt to be both unscientific and far too complicated," he said.

Dr Fisk said the use of leap seconds had recently come under question by the time community.

The increasing number of electronic legal and financial transactions meant there was a risk of confusion if a deal was done during a leap second and a computer was not programmed properly to cope with the time change.

Without the accurate atomic time system, GPS navigation would be impossible and the position of heavenly bodies would not be known with enough accuracy for space probes to be launched and astronomical observations made.

After having my usual browse through all the doom and gloom i came across this ,what i can't understand is how on earth it can be taken so seriously its immposible to actually put into action yet certain forces are taking this as serious ,who could stop planet earth from spinning and how.Stop the spin day what would they do everyone walk in the opposite direction to the spin.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -- Tired of hurricanes, tornados, draught and bad weather? One website claims to have a solution.

It sounds outlandish at first, even ridiculous: stop the spin of the earth. Although it was initially a joke, StopTheSpin.org has gained a worldwide following. Conservative estimates state that close to 100,000 people participated in the last "stop the spin day."

"The earth kills 250,000 people a year" claims the website. It identifies the spin of the earth as the problem: "Stopping the spin would stop all natural disasters." The website also argues the merits of stopping the spin: "Because the weather would never change, you could choose a home in a location with your favorite climate."

One reason for the website's success appears to be its use of analogies in conjunction with scientific explanations: "Consider what happens if you place a coin on the outside of a stopped record and then turn on the record player. Because of centrifugal force, the coin is driven off. The earth is similar to the spinning record. The earth's spin is quickening, and will eventually cause everything to be flung off."

"Surprisingly, the science is entirely correct" says Walter Hansing, a physics professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. "Even if the website was created as a joke, it makes several good points." Hansing adds, "Although the suggested method of stopping the spin is not the most efficient, it appears to work; Just check out the webpage's results section."
Major Consequences?

Yuk E. Ziao, a professor of planetary science at the California Institute of Technology warns of the dire situation that could result. "Stopping the earth's spin would be disastrous. Half of the planet would experience complete darkness for six months, and the other half would be sunny for six months. One half will freeze and the other half will burn to a crisp." Although stopthespin.org mentions such potential problems, it plays them down. Ziao is worried that people won't get the joke: "If enough people take this website seriously, the spin of the earth WILL slow down."

The FBI has also taken notice of the website, and released this comment: "The party responsible for this appears to be located in Springfield, Maine. We are working closely with local and state law enforcement agencies. I'm confident that we'll catch the smart aleck who made this website."

Until the responsible party is identified and the site is removed, there is little anyone can do. The police are "attempting to spread the word about this website. People need to realize that it's a joke" says Noah R. Warner, Chief of State Police in Maine. "Otherwise" he adds somberly, "all life on this planet will be wiped out."

Just in case some bright spark has an idea of stopping and devising a way of stopping the spin .
When referring to the earth stopping I imagine you are speaking first of all with regards to the spinning of the earth, which has a circumference of 24,901.55 miles, which equates to a rotational speed of 1,037.56 miles an hour (at the equator, varying at different hemispheres). If the earth suddenly stopped spinning, everything on the surface would continue at that speed until something stopped its momentum, or from the force of gravity, fell to earth and tumbled along until friction brought it to a stop. If anyone survived this, they would then look west to see the biggest tsunami ever in the history of the world. The water would not stop so readily. If you are referring to a complete stop in relation to the universe, every one and everything on one side of the planet would be flattened into a pancake, including mountains. And everyone and everything on the other side would be cast off into space. The speed of the impact for those who would be flattened or conversely the speed of those launched would be different, since the earths rotational speed would affect there speed. Lets suppose that the United States is the one that gets launched, People in China would be launched at a speed 1000 mph slower, while people in the UK would be launched at 1000 mph quicker. But this is negligible in the end.

The University of Durham looked at levels of land uplift and subsidence in the British isles since the Ice Age. As the ice retreated 20,000 years ago the release of the enormous weight meant the north slowly tilted up while the south sank down. Scotland is still experiencing this "springboard" effect while southern Ireland, Wales and England continues to sink.

The new study shows that land levels could rise by up to 10cm in some areas of Scotland over the next century, offsetting the effects of sea level rise caused by global warming. But in parts of England, where the land is set to sink by up to 5cm over the next century, it could add between 10 to 33 per cent on sea level rises.

Science Daily reports that the sea levels in the New York City area are expected to rise about twice as quickly as sea levels around the world, meaning that Gotham will take the plunge well before the rest of the United States. However, Science Daily says that flooding is just one of the symptoms New York will suffer: "The submersion of low-lying land, erosion of beaches, conversion of wetlands to open water and increase in the salinity of estuaries all can affect ecosystems and damage existing coastal development." Not only will the Empire City be transformed into a wading pool, but it will slowly be washed out to sea.

Persistent reports of strange creatures in remote, swampy jungles of western Africa has led two scientists to believe that dinosaurs still may walk the Earth. Both historical reports from Westerners and firsthand accounts from natives indicate dinosaur-like creatures may exist today in a virtually unexplored jungle in the People’s Republic of the Congo, the researchers said yesterday. Dr. Roy Mackal, a research associate at the University of Chicago, said he believes the animals may be elephant-sized dinosaurs...

"In an article in Science magazine, published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the researchers say natives call the creature 'Mokele-Mbembe.'

"The researchers say they believe it actually may be a dinosaur that looks like a smaller version of the brontosaurus, a giant plant-eater that died out 70 million years ago. Natives shown pictures of many kinds of animals picked illustrations of the brontosaurus as most closely resembling the creatures they say they saw, Mackal said.

Pandemic report stresses need to be prepared

The Emerging Risks Team has issued a new report on pandemics.

The Emerging Risks Team at Lloyd’s has issued a new report on the threat posed by a global pandemic.

The report concludes that a pandemic is inevitable, explaining that with historic recurrence rates of 30-50 years it is prudent to assume that a pandemic will occur sometime in the future.

Trevor Maynard, Manager, Emerging Risks, at Lloyd’s and the report’s author says: “The significant message is that society should not optimise to one particular scenario as a worst case. Much has been said of the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic, which is said to have killed up to 100 million people worldwide. While Avian Flu is seen as the most likely next pandemic, we have to ensure we are prepared for other types of pandemics that may require different responses and pose different challenges —some of which may well have higher rates of mortality than flu.”

The report explores the threat of pandemic in terms of insured losses, with Maynard saying the economic impact could be significant depending on the scenario.

“The threat of pandemic to the global economy cannot be underestimated,” he explains. “If you look at the example of a recent limited pandemic, such as SARS, the regional economic impact was severe and a repeat of the 1918 Spanish Flu outbreak,

Be prepared stormy space weather ahead

Space storm Problems with aircraft communication or navigational systems; malfunctioning satellites and GPS systems; shutdown of power grids - these are all potential impacts of the increasingly turbulent space weather forecast over the next few years.

While it may sound like a scenario from the realms of science fiction, the expected increase in solar activity may have a considerable impact on the Earth, according to a new 360 Risk Insight report from Lloyd’s.

What is space weather?
Space weather is an all-encompassing term to describe various disturbances that occur in near-Earth space, many of which have the potential to disrupt modern technologies. These include solar winds, coronal mass ejections, solar radiation storms, magnetic storms and solar radio bursts.

They are all events that are not just of interest to astrophysicists and astronomers, but should be of increasing concern to businesses generally. The Lloyd’s report, ‘Space weather: its impact on Earth and implications for business’, says that businesses should be looking at ways to assess and mitigate space weather risks now as we enter a period of increased solar activity associated with the peak of the 11-year solar cycle – expected between 2012 to 2015.

This is not the Millennium Bug all over again – space weather is a known risk and there are numerous reported incidents of damaged power grids, satellites and aircraft in recent times. But the report suggests that the impact may be greater during this cycle because of the emergence of vulnerable technologies and the growth of inter-connected systems on which businesses rely.

Planes, trains and automobiles
So who might be most affected? Some sectors are likely to be impacted more than others.

Satellites are clearly vulnerable to disruption by space weather, but so are aircraft. The problem is that it interferes with navigation. Another problem for airlines is that space weather can also increase radiation levels onboard planes. This is especially true for long-haul flights because they fly at higher altitudes and this risk requires continued close surveillance by airlines.

It is not just airlines that are affected - all GPS systems are vulnerable to space weather which means that the road and maritime transport industries could also be adversely affected. Even railways could be disrupted, as space weather can also cause incorrect signal settings on lines.

Not surprisingly, the telecommunication industry may feel the effects of space weather. Mobile phone links are vulnerable to interference from solar radio bursts, and there is also a threat to wireless communication, including wireless internet.

“There is growing concern that the coming solar maximum will expose problems in the many wireless systems that have been developed and grown in popularity during the quiet solar conditions that have prevailed over recent years,” the report says.

The good news is that in all of these areas, there are the means to mitigate the effects of space weather, but they need to be properly identified and put into practice, and that will often involve additional costs.

Disruption for many
Disruption of the power grid could cause massive disruption for all businesses. According to the report, there is growing evidence that space weather modulates the performance of power grids. “In the worst case, it can produce excessive vibration and heating that can permanently damage transformers. In most cases, protection systems will detect problems and switch off systems before serious damage occurs. However, this may lead to a cascade effect in which more and more systems are switched off leading to complete grid shutdown,” the report says.

The report also stresses that a major space weather event in this period could cause widespread disruption to unprepared businesses. The key word being “unprepared”. There is much that can be done to mitigate the risks, and in key sectors such as energy, aviation and communication this is already a high priority, although the report suggests that more could be done in these sectors.

The ideal response to space weather risks is to build robust systems that can operate through bad space weather conditions, but this requires a trade-off between the costs of robustness and the value of the services to be provided.

Businesses need to be able to access information on space weather conditions and monitor the situation in order to mitigate the risks.

The report adds that the insurance industry has considerable experience of insuring space assets and includes the risk from space weather in its pricing. It points out that there could be a wider business opportunity in extending insurances to cover space weather threats to terrestrial assets and services.

Storm clouds gather
But what are the chances of a major solar storm creating widespread disruption on earth? Very small, says Lloyd’s space underwriter David Wade of Atrium Space Insurance Consortium (ASIC) - but a single, large, anomalous event could have profound effects if it were to occur, he adds.

Wade says that the failure of a power grid due to space weather, which happened in Canada in 1989, could happen again on a massive scale, creating chaos in the social and business infrastructure that we all take for granted. “This really is probably one of the worst case, low frequency, high severity events that insurers can contemplate,” he says.

The satellite industry, which has experienced benign loss activity for the last three years, will almost certainly feel the impact of more space weather losses, Wade predicts. One satellite, Galaxy 15, was put of action earlier this year by a geomagnetic storm.

1. Mayan Calendar

The first mob to predict 2012 as the end of the world were the Mayans, a bloodthirsty race that were good at two things:

Thousands of years ago they managed to calculate the length of the lunar moon as 329.53020 days, only 34 seconds out. The Mayan calendar predicts that the Earth will end on December 21, 2012. Given that they were pretty close to the mark with the lunar cycle, it’s likely they’ve got the end of the world right as well.

2. Sun Storms

Solar experts from around the world monitoring the sun have made a startling discovery: our sun is in a bit of strife. The energy output of the sun is, like most things in nature, cyclic, and it’s supposed to be in the middle of a period of relative stability. However, recent solar storms have been bombarding the Earth with so much radiation energy, it’s been knocking out power grids and destroying satellites. This activity is predicted to get worse, and calculations suggest it’ll reach its deadly peak sometime in 2012

The disease is both quite new and highly mysterious. According to a report it is carried into human biology by nematodes that are tiny wormlike parasites that might have been originally engineered for pest control. By mysterious circumstance that no one can explain, the nematodes have become the symbiotic host for 'bacteria' that are said to have been engineered to synthesise fine fibres for the textile industry. For some strange and unexplained reason the biologically engineered nematodes got away from pest control and developed a liking for human flesh.

Unfortunately, the mystery doesn't end here. Most doctors strangely lost interest in their duties and literally refuse to treat the disease. Why would they do that? It isn't that the Morgellons Fiber Disease (MFD) is the only parasitic disease known. Malaria is a parasitic disease that has been plaguing mankind since the begging of time. The malaria parasite feeds on a person's liver and destroys it, while the Morgellons parasite uses materials available in the human body and produces fibers that infest it. The evidence is found in abundance in open sores and is in many cases 'growing' right out of the skin. While malaria had been treated successfully at one time, the Morgellons Fiber Disease isn't even acknowledge to exist. Maybe there is a link between the two phenomena.

Mararia had been once almost wiped out with the use of the DDT pesticide. This remarkable success might have been the hidden reason for which DDT was banned under political pressures from powerful imperial lobbying groups. Many charges were brought against the DDT pesticide before the EPA (the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) in an effort to ban the use of DDT. During the course of the hearing in which DDT was on trial all charges of condemnation were countered with contrary evidence, to the point that the EPA's own scientists recommended that DDT be exonerated. Nevertheless it was banned. The head of the EPA revealed in later years that the banning of DDT was pushed through for purely political reasons. One of the people that argued for the DDT ban stated poignantly that he wanted it banned, "because it enables too many people to live." Later statistics support his claim. Soon after the ban was enforced, malaria came back in full force. There are now over 300 million people infected globally. The Pacific Ring Of Fire

The Pacific Ring of Fire (or sometimes just the Ring of Fire) is an area where large numbers of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions occur in the basin of the Pacific Ocean. In a 40,000 km (25,000 mi) horseshoe shape, it is associated with a nearly continuous series of oceanic trenches, volcanic arcs, and volcanic belts and/or plate movements. The Ring of Fire has 452 volcanoes and is home to over 75% of the world's active and dormant volcanoes.[1] It is sometimes called the circum-Pacific belt or the circum-Pacific seismic belt.

New York City UFO sightings

Today reports of UFO activity over New York City went ultra viral. Twitter erupted with reports of numerous unknown objects in the sky. This story has gone so viral that ABC and The New York Daily News are now reporting on it. We should remain skeptical as to the origins of this sighting until proof is put forward, or are they amongst us ,is proof finally going to happen ,has the story of the century finally happened and contact is going to be made

The Men in Black get their name from the fact that they like to wear, well, black. They have pale, greyish skin, and some have been reported to have blonde hair. Their clothes seem to have been made of an unknown, thin, shiny material. It seems like the stereotypical Man in Black wears a suit with a black tie and black sun glasses. I'm not sure if the real Men in Black really dress like that, or that's just a stereotype that many people latch onto simply because that's how they were in the movie Men in Black. Men in Black (the movie) might have portrayed the characters like that just to make them look 'cool'. I have even heard that some people have seen the Men in Black traveling with a little companion; the stereotypical little grey alien with a big head and big, slanted black eyes. Of course, any alien that travels with the Men in Black dresses in black just as they do. They speak like a computer; dull and monotonous, and are "dark-complected with high cheekbones, thin lips, pointed chin, and eyes that are mildly slanted." Their favorite mode of transportation are big, black cars, such as Lincolns, Cadillacs, and Buicks. The cars normally have the headlights off, but with the interior lit by a strange greenish or purple glow. Unusually insignia have been seen on the doors, and the license plates can never be traced or identifiedThe real men in black are claimed to appear after a UFO sighting. They are strange looking men wearing black suits and hats. The real men in black are said to be either very short or very tall and to wear wigs and make-up. They are also said to arrive in either very new or new looking, old style Cadillacs. They claim to be either from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) or some other secret agency.
The men in black question or interrogate the UFO spotters and threaten them not to reveal anything they have seen. The men then disappear as quickly and mysteriously as they had appeared. Most of the theories regarding the real men in black tend to lean towards alien beings. Another theory regarding the real men in black was put forward after anonymous articles were sent to websites and newspapers. The articles report that there is a very real agency called the Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (OSIR). The OSIR are concerned with all things scientific, including the paranormal, supernatural and metaphysical.
The OSIR is said to have a special Phenomenology division that deals specifically with extraterrestrial life. They also deal with unexplainable incidents such as crop circles, ancient mysteries and distortions of space. The OSIR is said to be staffed by the world’s scientific experts. It also has links to numerous intelligence agencies and government offices around the world.
In 1990, the OSIR was said to have surfaced and opened a Public Relations division to interact with the public. Ten years later, this division was closed down and nothing has been heard from them since. The truth about the real men in black may never be known. It is common knowledge that secret government agencies such as OSIR exist, but why would they appear for 10 years only to disappear
There are other cases of appearing on the other side of a wet, muddy field after a heavy rain, but having no mud whatever on their brightly shined shoes and in the bitter cold, out of nowhere, wearing only a thin coat. Their shoes and wallets all seem new and hardly broken in."
